Exchange Policy

We allow a 7 days exchange policy, you are allowed to do a 1 to 1 exchange of apparel size only. We do not allow any exchange from of another collection / colour to another unless the collection which you have purchased are not available in stocks in our store. You are required to bring along your receipt for an exchange in our retail store.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in original and sellable condition. Washed apparels will not be accepted for an exchange. We have the rights to reject any exchange if terms and conditions mentioned above are not met. Please note that we do not allow any refund of purchase. If you have any enquiries in regards to our exchange policy you may contact us directly via Whats-App or direct message via our social media platform (Facebook or Instagram)

Delivery Options

Normal Delivery - $10
Our delivery schedule pick up will be on every Wednesday and Friday. For one day/same day delivery kindly choose the express delivery option. You will be receiving your parcel within 2 to 3 working days upon package pick up days assigned from store. All delivery will be via our third party assigned logistic partners. We will not be liable for any lost, delayed or damage packages during the transmission of parcel.
Express Delivery - $15
Express delivery will be available upon case to case basis upon availability. We will confirm with you via Whats App if your request is possible. Alternatively you may choose to pick up from our store via other external delivery vendor such as Grabexpress or Lalamove. Prices for the delivery vendor will be based on their application of location (pick up) to location (your location).

Retail Shop Operation- Wed-Sun: 11am-8pm
Kindly confirm with us the pick up time, an hour in advance for us to prepare the item in store. We have the rights to reject any pick up of apparel if payment have not been made and no confirmation have been received prior the pick up.
Self Pick Up (Singapore)

If you have opted for self pick up, you may head down to our retail store. All self-collection have to be collected in-store within 3 working days.

Lost/Stolen or Misaddressed Packages

HA Mode will not be responsible for lost/stolen or misaddressed packages. If you have provided us the wrong address, you would responsible for the additional shipping charges incurred to re-ship your package.

We do not accept any normal mail option to avoid any lost mail.  Alternatively you may self collect at our retail store. Payment need to be made in full before collecting your item in our store.

Reservations

We do not accept any reservations. You are required to make payment in full for all your purchase or it will be void automatically after 24 hours.
